Fest Afrika has been getting media attention already in advance. Below an article by Maailman kuvalehti (in Finnish). On the internet, you can listen to the festival’s artistic director Menard Mponda’s interview on Bassoradio’s Boom Shakalaka show (in English, starting at about 34 min.) as well as YLE’s Harri Tuomisen maailmanmusiikkiohjelma (in Finnish), where this year’s Fest Afrika program is also presented.
